Beer Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boneless loin pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    1 small onion
    1 celery stalk
    6 oz. beer
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet; drain.
    Brown chopped onion and celery in same skillet.
    Add soup, mushrooms and beer; bring to a slow simmer (do not boil).
    Place chops in crock-pot and pour soup mixture over.
    Salt and pepper lightly.
    Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
    Excess gravy can be used on mashed potatoes or rice.
    May also be made in oven.
