Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. skirt or flank steak
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1/3 c. salad or olive oil
    1/3 c. tequila or lime juice
    4 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. dry oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 to 5 small unpeeled onions, cut in half lengthwise
    8 to 10 green onions, trimmed and washed
    16 to 20 flour tortillas
    Salsa Fresca
    guacamole
    sour cream
    frijoles (whole, cooked pinto beans)
Preparation
    Marinate steak in the next 7 ingredients for 4 hours or overnight.
    Tie green onions together and use as a brush.
    Place meat on grill.
    Baste using the onion brush.
    Cook onions 6 to 8 minutes.
    Cook the meat 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
    Roll onion brush in marinade; grill 3 to 5 minutes.
    Cut beef in strips across the grain.
    Serve in tortillas with beans, salsa, guacamole, sour cream and cilantro.
