Party Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1 1/2 Tbsp. cherry juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Preparation

Combine fruits, juices, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into refrigerator tray (or loaf pan) and freeze until firm.
