Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. margarine
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. skim milk
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. instant chicken broth
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add onion and pepper; cook until soft, not brown, 4 to 5 minutes.
Whisk in flour; sir in milk, pumpkin, 1 cup water, broth mix and thyme.
Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened and just boiling.
