Mac-N-Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked
    16 oz. Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. Swiss cheese
    milk (enough to cover halfway up baking dish)
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter or oleo to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain. In a large bowl, shred cheeses on macaroni and stir gently. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix in pats of butter. Pour into baking dish of gallon size. Pour over milk. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or more if needed.
