Oven-Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. assorted cut-up fresh vegetables*
3 Tbsp. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER spread, melted
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In bottom of broiler pan, without rack, combine all ingredients.
Roast 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.
