Crabmeat St. Augustine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 stick butter
    1 green bell pepper
    2 onions
    3 stalks celery
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    1 lb. crabmeat
Preparation
    Chop vegetables into medium sized pieces.
    Lightly saute in 1/2 to 3/4 stick butter.
    Add crabmeat and salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir and cook until crabmeat is hot.
    Serve at once.
