Creamy Crunchy Veggie Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1/4 c. finely chopped radishes
    1/4 c. shredded carrot
    1 green onion, chopped
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Food Processor Directions:
    In food processor bowl, with metal blade, or blender container, process cottage cheese and yogurt until smooth.
    Stir in radishes, carrot, onion and pepper.
    Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with fresh vegetable dippers.
    Makes 1 1/4 cups.
