Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken breasts
    1 box wild rice
    3 or 4 chopped onions
    2 sticks butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 large can mushrooms, sliced
    1 lb. sharp grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts.
    Cut in chunks.
    Cook rice as directed on package (omit season packet).
    Saute onion in butter; blend in flour, soup and milk for sauce.
    Add mushrooms and seasonings.
    In large 3-quart casserole, alternate layers of sauce, rice, chicken and cheese, ending with cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Serves 10 to 12.
