Cannelloni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 eggs, beaten
    8 manicotti shells, uncooked
    1/4 lb. sausage
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese, eggs and seasonings.
    Fill manicotti shells. Place in 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Pour in combined tomatoes, tomato sauce and water over manicotti.
    Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Continue baking until cheese is melted.
    Serves 4.
