Halibut Beer Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) beer
    1 1/2 Tbsp. onion (granulated or chopped)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic (granulated or chopped)
    1 egg (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix to consistency you want on your halibut, chicken or pork. Let set for 5 to 10 minutes before dipping your meat.
