Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 doz. eggs, boiled and peeled
4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
3 to 4 red hot peppers
Preparation
-
Use one gallon jar.
Boil and peel four dozen eggs.
Use a heavy toothpick to poke a hole in yolk of boiled egg.
This helps pickling.
