Pasta Pierogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box bow noodles
    2 c. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    large onion, sliced or chopped
    2 c. grated American cheese or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil and drain potatoes.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Saute onion in oleo until tender.
    Add potatoes and noodles and stir until coated with onion mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    When cheese is melted, serve.
