Baked Tomatoes Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large vine-ripe tomato, halved
    Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
    grated Parmesan cheese
    salt or garlic salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to highest setting (475\u00b0 or 500\u00b0).
    Spray a shallow nonstick baking tray or cookie tin with cooking spray. Arrange the tomato halves, cut side up.
    Sprinkle each half with 1 teaspoon bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon Parmesan, salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake uncovered just until topping is browned, about 5 to 6 minutes.
    Each half, 35 calories.
