Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter
    small diced onion
    1 c. long grained rice
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1 c. water
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    pinch of oregano
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute onion.
    Add rice.
    Cook until brown.
    Add soup, water, mushrooms and oregano.
    Stir.
    Add to casserole. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
