Angela'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 large mushrooms
1/4 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. bread crumbs
seasoning to taste
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Wash mushrooms well, then cut stems and chop into tiny pieces.
Mix with all ingredients listed except mushroom caps.
Fill all mushroom caps with mixture.
Cook in a lightly greased baking pan about 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
