Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 large jar Cheez Whiz
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1 large can mushrooms (if desired)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli a little in a microwave.
    Melt Cheez Whiz, then mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
    Bake another 15 minutes, uncovered, or until brown and bubbly.
