Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 can refrigerator biscuits
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add flour and stir to mix well.
Add milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add vegetables, chicken, salt and pepper.
Stir well. Butter a 9-inch baking dish and pour in filling.
Top with biscuits.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until biscuits brown well.
