Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. chopped celery
4 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. black pepper
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Mix ingredients (except noodles) and spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle noodles on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve hot.
