Soft Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Cream together oleo, sugar, eggs, oil, salt and vanilla.
Add flour, soda and cream of tartar to first mixture.
Form into balls, roll in sugar and flatten on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
