Barbecued Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp (unpeeled)
3 to 4 stalks celery with leaves, coarsely chopped
1 large white onion, cut in 8 wedges
1 clove garlic, minced
2 lemons, cut in half
1/2 c. butter or margarine, cut in cubes
2 Tbsp. cracked, coarse black pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. hot sauce

Preparation

Wash shrimp thoroughly and place in a large shallow pan.
Add celery, onion and garlic.
Squeeze juice from 2 lemons over top. Dot with butter and sprinkle with remaining ingredients, except lemon wedges.
