Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1 qt. fresh peaches or 2 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt butter in a 12 x 9-inch pan in the oven.
Bring fruit to boil in a saucepan.
In a bowl, beat flour, sugar, baking powder and milk into a batter.
Pour batter into the center of the pan (allow butter to remain on the edges).
Pour the hot fruit into the center of the batter.
Cook for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
