Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. diced raw apples
1 c. nuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix well Wesson oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat well.
Add apple, nuts, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Bake in a 9 x 12-inch pan for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
