Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 or 3 lb. fryer or breasts, cooked
    3 chopped hard-boiled eggs
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. mayo
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small chopped onion
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients together in 9 x 12-inch casserole and top with crushed corn flakes and margarine.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    May store overnight in refrigerator.
    Also freezes well. If frozen, remove 1 hour before serving.
