Lo-Fat Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. each: nutmeg, cinnamon, ground cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin or 2 c.
    2/3 c. applesauce
    3 eggs or 6 egg whites
    lo-fat bread or fat free bread
    1/2 c. chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of pans. In a large bowl with fork, mix flour and next 7 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix just until blended.
    Turn batter into pans. Bake 1 hour for large loaves and inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool.
    Makes 2 to 3 large loaves or 5 to 6 mini loaves.
