Cousin Mary'S Minnesota Peach Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
3 Tbsp. lemon jello
3 or 4 sliced fresh peaches

Preparation

Mix together flour, butter and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. Pat into ungreased 9 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cook 1 cup granulated sugar, cornstarch, warm water and light corn syrup until it is thick and clear.
Add lemon jello; stir to dissolve.
Add sliced peaches.
Pour this over the crust and refrigerate.
