Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large tart apples, peeled and sliced
    juice from 1 lemon
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. water
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Fill baking dish with apples.
    Mix water and lemon juice. Pour over apples.
    Combine flour, butter, cinnamon and sugar. Stir mixture until crumbles.
    Spread over apples.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 2 hours or until it begins to bubble and brown. Serve with whipped cream.
