Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium Vidalia onions, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
12 crackers, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick margarine
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Saute onions in margarine until tender.
Line casserole dish with margarine.
Spread cracker crumbs on bottom of dish.
Pour in layer of onions and layer of soup until all are used.
Mix beaten eggs with milk.
Pour over mixture in casserole.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and a few more cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let set 10 minutes before serving.
