Fruit And Rice Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked and cooled rice (long grain is best)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 large or 25 small red apples
    1 small jar maraschino cherries
    8 oz. whipping cream
    1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation
    Mix rice, sugar, pineapple, vanilla and marshmallows.
    Add apples, cored and chopped (leave peel on) and cherries, cut in half.
    Fold in whipping cream.
    Chill.
