Tapioca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Tapioca mix
    2 3/4 c. milk
    1 egg well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan; let stand 5 minutes.
    Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil.
    Pudding thickens as it cools.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Cool 20 minutes; stir.
    Serve warm or chilled.
    Store left over pudding in refrigerator.
    Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
