Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 medium potatoes
    1 lb. bacon, fried
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    3 medium onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1 lb. medium cooper sharp cheese
Preparation
    Dice and cook potatoes until soft.
    Combine potatoes, bacon, mayonnaise, eggs, onions, celery, salt and pepper in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan or dish.
    Grate cheese on top.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Onions will be somewhat crunchy.
