Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can frozen apple juice, thawed and diluted
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 apples, peeled and diced
    2 (10-inch) deep pie crusts
Preparation
    Combine juice and cornstarch in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add margarine and cinnamon and mix well. Stir in apples. Spoon into crust and top with second crust. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 minutes.
