Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. canned pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes and gradually add sugar and pumpkin. Combine flour, baking powder, spices and salt.
    Fold into pumpkin mixture.
    Spread into a greased and floured 10 x 15-inch pan.
    Top with the chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Turn out on a terrycloth towel.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Roll cake and towel up together.
    Cool, then unroll and spread filling on. Reroll and chill.
