Baked Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large baking potatoes
2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. sour cream
4 Tbsp. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 Tbsp. finely grated onion
paprika
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Bake potatoes, cut in halves, scoop out of shell and mash. Mix mashed potatoes together with the remaining ingredients. Spoon back into shells.
Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
