Brisket With Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brisket (any size)
    1 large chopped onion
    1 bay leaf
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard or tomato catsup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Boil any size brisket in large heavy kettle with chopped onion and bay leaf.
    After 3 to 4 hours, remove to roasting pan.
    Scrape off and remove all fat.
    Spread with sauce: prepared mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
    Spread over all sides of brisket.
    Place in 450\u00b0 oven and bake 15 minutes, just before serving.
    Slice and serve.
