Seafood Newburg - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
3 Tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. crabmeat
salt and paprika
a few grains of cayenne
2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation

Melt butter; stir in flour until blended.
Stir in cream slowly.
When the sauce is thick, stir in catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
Add shrimp and crabmeat.
Stir about until well heated. Season with salt, paprika and cayenne.
Just before serving, add sherry.
Serve over rice or noodles.
