James' Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat (backfin)
1 egg
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. All Bay seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat egg until lemon colored.
Fold in all the ingredients. Mix well.
Gradually add pieces of crabmeat until mixture has a good texture.
Form medium size crab cakes.
(Serving for 8.) Place in large frypan (use butter) on medium heat.
Cook until brown on both sides.
Cool on sheet of wax paper.
