Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced sweet pepper
1 small onion, diced
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
Preparation

Combine Jell-O and boiling water; let set for awhile.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix well altogether.
Put into an oblong pan to set, then serve.
Can be made ahead of time.
Keeps well in fridge.
