Boo'S San Antonio Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef*
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    2 c. water
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes (undrained and unchopped)
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    8 beef flavored bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. oregano leaves
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown beef *(have substituted deer, ground up) and pour off fat. Add onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook and stir until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 hour. Serve with corn chips and shredded Cheddar cheese if desired. Makes about 4 quarts.
