Polenta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 small onions, chopped
    5 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    olive oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Prepare polenta according to package directions and in the amount desired.
    Butter a baking dish of appropriate size and spread a layer of polenta on the bottom.
    Pour some tomato sauce; sprinkle with cubed Mozzarella and any other meat or vegetable you are using.
    Add remaining polenta; sprinkle with sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, rosemary and olive oil.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until hot and bubbly, about 45 minutes.
    Let rest; cut and serve.
