Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
    1 stick butter
    1/2 box Escort crackers
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (may use 2 cans cream of chicken soup)
    1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Crumble crackers in a baking dish.
    Put remaining ingredients in dish.
    Use the rest of crackers on top and bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
