Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    4 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Sift flour, cinnamon and sugar together.
    Add oil and eggs.
    Beat thoroughly for 4 minutes on medium speed or 300 strokes by hand (almost too thick for mixer).
    Fold in apples, nuts and vanilla. Pour in pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until springs back when pushed down (maybe more).
    Can be covered with 2 packages of butterscotch morsels.
    Let them bake on top of cake, or make glaze.
