Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/3 c. oil
2 lb. potatoes

Preparation

Cut potatoes in large chunks.
Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large plastic bag, add all ingredients and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
Bake 40 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
