Vegetable Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    3 hard-cooked eggs
    1 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 finely chopped onion (medium)
    1 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Place potatoes in boiling water and cook until tender, 10 minutes or so.
    Drain well.
    Combine all other ingredients, except paprika, in a large mixing bowl.
    Toss lightly.
    Spoon into a serving dish.
    Sprinkle with the paprika.
