Quick Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    3/4 c. water
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 packet au jus gravy mix
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and green pepper in hot oil.
    Add remaining ingredients (except rice).
    Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
