Seafood Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lasagna noodles (any flavor)
1 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
2 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. (2 oz.) sharp American cheese, shredded
1 beaten egg
2 tsp. basil (dried), crushed
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 lb. shelled shrimp, cooked and halved
Preparation

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
Drain. Arrange 4 noodles in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cook onions in margarine until tender; blend in cream cheese. Stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper; spread one-half of mixture on top of noodles.
Combine soup, milk and wine; stir in shrimp and crab.
Spread one-half of soup/shrimp mixture over cottage cheese layer.
Repeat layers; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Top with American cheese and bake 2 to 3 minutes more.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
Garnish with tomato, parsley and shrimp.
