Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. warm water
2 level tsp. soda
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all
dry ingredients together.
Dissolve soda in warm water; add alternately with mayonnaise and vanilla.
Beat 3 minutes.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 40 minutes or until cake springs back when tested.
Use two 9-inch pans or a tube pan.
