Paper Cup Frozen Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 banana, diced
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
    4 drops red food coloring
    1 can Bing cherries, drained
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, sugar, salt, crushed pineapple, banana and enough red food coloring to give a pink tint.
    Lightly fold in nuts and cherries.
    Spoon into fluted muffin cups which have been placed in muffin pans.
    Freeze.
    Cover with plastic wrap and store in freezer.
    Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving to loosen paper cups from pan.
    Peel off paper cup and place on salad greens.
    Fills 12 large muffin cups.
