Double Crust Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 tart apples
1 c. white sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cream, cider or milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all the above ingredients (except apples) and heat to boiling point in heavy pan on top of stove.
Then pour over apples in pan lined with unbaked crust.
Add top crust.
Seal and bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
