Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. raw rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 small can tomato sauce
    salt to taste
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 soup can water
    1 tsp. basil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper and remove.
    Brown meat in same pan.
    Heat soup, tomato sauce and water.
    Mix everything together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
